Royal Ahrend has been awarded two prestigious contracts for hospitals in Dubai and Bahrain

Ahrend announces this on the occasion of the inauguration of the second showroom in Dubai that is fully focused on the healthcare sector which is an important aspect of the growth strategy of Ahrend in the Gulf States.

Ahrend capitalizes on the expertise which it has built as a market leader in the healthcare sector in The Netherlands.

The Netherlands is well known for being pioneering in healthcare, Royal Ahrend has been the market leader in this field in The Netherlands for decades and has gained expertise by furnishing numerous Dutch hospitals. Examples of hospitals being furnished by Ahrend and subsidiary Gispen are the Erasmus MC, the Princess Maxima hospital and the Jeroen Bosch hospital.

Dutch Design Center Dubai
Since 2016 the showroom of Royal Ahrend in Dubai has been located in the Dutch Design Center (DDC). Ahrend is one of the founding partners of the DDC, the first Dutch Design Center outside The Netherlands. The DDC is an offline and an online platform which promotes the best Dutch Design in the Middle East. The DDC ensures collaboration and supports the growth of the Dutch creative industry in the Middle East.
